The origin of a visionary chef
The story of Nadeem Siraj, founder and chef of Tandori Station, is that of a journey between cultures, flavors and passion for authentic Indian and Pakistani cuisine.
Born in Pakistan, the son of Indian parents, Nadeem grew up surrounded by aromas and spices that would mark his destiny. His proposal focuses on the use of Traditional tandoor oven. And in a menu that combines currys, tikka masala, naan and regional specialties, always adapted to the palate and tolerance of the spicy of each diner.
The success was immediate: Tandori StationIt was consolidated as the Most recognized Indian restaurant in Madrid, with daily full and an average of 35–40 € per diner.
The premises have a large room, terrace, home delivery and an annual billing greater than2 million euros, a reflection of its excellence and fidelity of the Madrid public.
